1. Institutional Commitment & Scope
Criollo.Studio is dedicated to ensuring that our AI-powered business planning platform, market research swarms, financial modeling engines, and public resources are accessible to individuals of all abilities. We view digital accessibility as a foundational civil right, an institutional engineering discipline, and a core tenet of our platform architecture.
This statement encompasses the entire web platform accessible at https://criollo.studio, including marketing routes, documentation endpoints, executive report generation services, and client dashboards.
2. Conformance Declarations
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 establish guidelines across four foundational principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust. Criollo.Studio has been designed, audited, and remediated to satisfy:
Conformance Level: WCAG 2.2 Level AA Substantially Conforming
All user-facing workflows, navigation landmarks, authentication mechanisms, geospatial competitor radars, financial pro-formas, and PDF export triggers satisfy Level A and Level AA success criteria, including all nine new criteria introduced in the W3C WCAG 2.2 Recommendation.
3. Implemented Accessibility Architecture & Controls
Our engineering team has embedded accessibility directly into our design token system, core UI primitives, and CI/CD pipelines. The following technical measures are implemented across the platform:
Keyboard Skip Navigation (SC 2.4.1)
A high-contrast skip bypass link (<SkipLink />) is rendered at the top of the DOM hierarchy (z-[100]), allowing keyboard and switch users to bypass navigation headers directly to the main content container.
Focus Not Obscured (SC 2.4.11)
Configured html { scroll-padding-top: 5rem; } in global CSS ensuring that when a keyboard user tabs to in-page headings or inputs, content is never obscured behind sticky navigation headers.
Touch Target Minimum 24×24px (SC 2.5.8)
All interactive controls meet or exceed 24×24 CSS pixels. Checkbox controls feature pseudo-element hit-area expansion (after:-inset-1.5) yielding 28×28px, switches measure 24×44px, and buttons range from 36px to 44px height.
Dragging Movement Alternatives (SC 2.5.7)
All interactive maps (OpenStreetMap) and dashboard grids provide single-pointer and keyboard-accessible alternatives to dragging: single-click Zoom In/Out buttons, single-click competitor centering, region jump pills, and Enter/Space keyboard controls.
Accessible Authentication (SC 3.3.8)
Zero cognitive function tests, distorted CAPTCHAs, or memory recall puzzles are required. Forms feature zero paste-blocking, supporting password managers, 1Password, Bitwarden, and operating system biometric passkeys seamlessly with standard autoComplete tokens.
Reduced Motion & Color Contrast
All CSS keyframe animations and product pipeline demos honor prefers-reduced-motion: reduce. Body text contrast exceeds 10:1 on dark surfaces and 12:1 on light surfaces, strictly surpassing WCAG Level AA and AAA thresholds.
4. Standards Conformance Matrix (WCAG, ADA, Section 508)
The matrix below illustrates our implementation evidence across relevant regulatory frameworks:
| Standard / Regulation | Criterion / Rule | Criollo Implementation Evidence | Status |
